We offer an excellent function hall that is suitable for all occasions and available for you to hire both day and night. Whether you are planning on a surprise birthday party, anniversary party or even a funeral tea, our hall is the perfect venue to hire.
Our hall can accommodate up to 120 guests and we have extensive experience of hosting many different types of events. We are on hand to help and advise you both prior to and during your event.

The cost for hall hire for non-members is £50. There is no cost for full/ordinary members. For all bookings we require a £50 security deposit. Refunding of this deposit is dependent on the bar steward's inspection for breakages, damage or excessive mess at the end of the function.
Depending on the event, we may insist that door staff are appointed by the club, this will incur an additional charge of £40 per door person. The door staff are there to help the event run smoothly.

Once your hire form has been submitted to the rugby club it will be considered by the committee. Please note that the committee meets at the start of every month, so please return your completed form in plenty of time. On occasion events can be accommodated at short notice, but this cannot be guaranteed.
